Our Payment Policy:
Payment is due at the time services are rendered, unless otherwise specified. The office accepts cash, check and Zelle. Receipts are available upon request. Please contact the office regarding fees and scheduling.
Insurance :
Depending on the agreement between you and your insurance company, chiropractic services may be covered. Dr. Klein is an out of network provider, but you are still able to file for reimbursement. Your health is always our highest priority and our office can provide you with the necessary documents for reimbursement of chiropractic benefits in your insurance plan. Payment is due by the patient at the time of service. In many instances our fee can be close to the co-pay.
Medicare:
Dr. Klein accepts patients with Medicare coverage but is registered as a non-participating provider. This means that our fees are paid by you when service is rendered. Our office staff files to Medicare, and Medicare then provides you with reimbursement.
Health Savings Accounts (HSA)/Flex-Spending Accounts:
Health Savings and Flex-Spending accounts include reimbursement for chiropractic services.
Motor Vehicle Accidents and Insurance:
Injuries from an automobile collision should always be addressed swiftly. Dr. Klein works with many patients injured from motor vehicle accidents. We work with motor vehicle insurance companies and accept payment by these insurance companies as directed by the Motor Vehicle Act. Our office provides and submits the necessary paperwork to make the process as stress-free as possible during your recovery.
Workers Compensation:
Chiropractic care is covered under Workers Compensation. If you have a work related injury, please call the office so we can assist you in obtaining proper treatment for your injuries.
