Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, check, and Zelle for your convenience. Receipts are available upon request, and we're always happy to answer any questions about fees or scheduling — just give us a call at 610-525-2209.
Insurance
Dr. Klein is an out-of-network provider, but that doesn't mean your insurance can't help cover your care. Depending on your plan, chiropractic services may be eligible for reimbursement. Payment is due at the time of service, and our office will provide you with the necessary documentation to file for possible reimbursement with your insurance company. In many cases, our fees are comparable to a typical co-pay — making quality chiropractic care on the Main Line more accessible than you might expect.
Medicare
Dr. Klein welcomes patients with Medicare coverage and is registered as a non-participating provider. Medicare Part B covers manual spinal manipulation when medically necessary to correct a subluxation — so if you have a B on your Medicare card, chiropractic adjustments are covered.
As a non-participating provider, payment is collected at the time of service and our office submits billing claims to Medicare on your behalf. Medicare then reimburses you directly for the Medicare-approved amount. If you carry a Medicare supplement plan, Medicare automatically forwards your claim to them for any additional reimbursement.
A few things to keep in mind: Medicare does not cover your initial exam or re-exams, and it does not cover maintenance care — only active treatment of acute complaints. Our team is happy to walk you through what to expect before your first visit, so there are no surprises.
Health Savings Accounts (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Chiropractic care is an eligible expense under most Health Savings and Flexible Spending accounts, making it easy to use pre-tax dollars toward your treatment at Klein Spine.
Motor Vehicle Accidents
Injuries from an automobile collision should always be addressed promptly — and Dr. Klein has extensive experience treating patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents. Our office works with motor vehicle insurance companies and accepts payment as directed under applicable motor vehicle insurance law. We handle all necessary paperwork on your behalf, so you can focus on your recovery while we take care of the details.
Workers' Compensation
Chiropractic care is covered under Workers' Compensation. If you've been injured on the job, call our Villanova office and we'll help guide you through the process to ensure you receive the treatment you need.
